Can I send physical items to be donated?
No, please do not send us physical items to be donated because we source all of our needs directly from the communities where we work.
While we appreciate the gesture, we recommend donating physical goods to charities in your local community.
How do I get my year-end giving statement so I can file my taxes?
Stronghold sends out year-end giving statements every January to the e-mail address you provided when signing up online.
If you sent a donation to us in the mail using a physical check, every January we mail your year-end giving statement to the address displayed on the check you sent us.
If you did not receive your giving statement, please contact us immediately and we will get it to you as quickly as we can.
Can I pause or adjust the amount of support I’m giving each month?
Yes. You can login to your giving account using the receipt you received when signing up. Once signed in, you can manage your giving.
Do you accept employer gift matching?
Yes. Search for your company on our Matching page. The search tool on that page will show you the forms, guidelines, and instructions you need to get your gift matched.
Does stronghold take volunteers?
We do not accept volunteers, except in special circumstances where a particular skillset is required.
