Mozambique Poachers are arrested

Earlier this month, the Stronghold team on the ground in Mozambique reported that a three suspected poachers had been arrested.

The Mozambique park rangers used the supplies provided and methods taught by the Stronghold team during the successful, safe arrest.

The poaching wars in Mozambique result in the horrific and wasteful deaths of animals such as black rhinos, lions, white-backed vultures, and other endangered animals.

However, Stronghold’s efforts in Mozambique focus on the humans who are caught in the middle of these poaching wars.

Pictured are the oribi deer that these poachers trapped and killed:

Our team provides medical resources, supplies, and training to aid the rangers in protecting the animals and the oppressed civilians who live in or near these otherwise beautiful national parks.

The poaching wars in Mozambique are far from over, so Stronghold continues to aid anti-poaching efforts by training park rangers in vital field skills to better prepare for these encounters with poachers.

The aid we provide to Mozambique and beyond is all possible because of our generous supporters.

Right now, you are helping us save lives and support those who face oppression and violence every day.

Thank you.
